News items:> Lower prices for vehicles using gas
The prices for buying a car which is suitable to use natural gas or green gas should become lower for citizens as well as companies. The city region Arnhem/Nijmegen and the province of Gelderland (Netherlands) wrote this in a letter to the Dutch ministry of Finance. Driving on natural gas (CNG; Compressed Natural Gas) and green gas (CBG; Compressed Bio Gas) should have the same tax advances as driving on electricity. The use of natural gas or green gas as fuel leads to a strong reduction of the emissions of fine dust and nitrogen oxydes compared with petrol, diesel or LPG.
